Swimmer SinClair is called to see her swim coach, Jack Friday, after training one day. Dressed in shiny pantyhose and her sleek Leohex swimsuit, she greets her coach. Coach Friday gets to the point - her swim times have been terrible compared to the rest of the team's and she needs to get better at holding her breath! She's too distracted and needs to learn to do better under any condition in order to win. SinClair stammers an apology but Coach Friday is having none of it. She can either accept his newer, ore intense training or she can get off of his team! SinClair desperately agrees, unsure of what the training is but eager to be a team player. Suddenly, Coach Friday's foot is in her mouth! SinClair gags and struggles, shocked, as Coach Friday shows her what it's like to really be distracted and unable to breath. SinClair is humiliated and grossed out, but is made to repeat foot drills again and again until Coach Friday is satisfied she'll be better at keeping her focus under pressure. Will she truly learn her lesson?
